When the Apprenticeship delivery changed we changed with it and saw this as an opportunity to really make a difference with the quality of care that people want and need. Apprenticeships in Social Care being our main focus. Working with local care companies we have seen some of our Apprentices Progress in their careers in the Social Care sector either gaining a promotion or more responsibility and some even starting there own companies.

Specifically delivering apprenticeships across the Liverpool City Region and London to employers who place high value and regard on the development of their workforce. This has helped us to create our vision and strategy for high-quality delivery with outstanding results for the apprentices.

We have built effective and appropriate scaffolding around all of our provisions to support the development of apprentices with the correct level of knowledge, skills and behaviours required to outperform requirements. Thus, supporting our provision to be high quality, tailored, and a focused training provider that Prepares capable Social Care Workers.

Our vision and strategy has been created with employers, learners, providers and key stakeholders in mind.
